Glass Doctor of Asheville were very fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Eric was the technician that came out to the house and performed all the work. He was extremely professional when installing the new window I ordered. He took rime to explain care instructions when he finished. Highly recommend this company for all glass needs.

Paxton and Eric recently replaced some glass in my patio door and my garage window. They were conscientious, professional, kind, and it was nice to hear that they both had about seven years of experience in the trade. That gave me a lot of confidence that the job would be done well. The window and door glass replacements look terrific. I highly recommend them, and am looking forward to having them back next spring to replace more glass in my home. Thank you, Paxton and Eric!

Neil with Glass Doctor was fantastic to work with. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated his flexibility in adjusting the appointment around the weather to ensure the best possible results. His pricing was also the most competitive we found, making the value exceptional. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and it's obvious Neil takes great pride in doing the job right. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, honest, reasonably priced, and committed to excellent customer service, we highly recommend Neil and Glass Doctor. Wonderful experience with The Glass Doctor and specifically Eric when replacing a window in our home. Great communication throughout the whole process including the initial inspection, the estimate, the scheduling, and even the day of installation. Very courteous of our space and property and other than the brand new window, you would never know they were there. Highly recommend!

Eric was exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, demonstrating both the technical expertise and personal care needed to complete my window repair quickly and flawlessly. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even removing and reinstalling the window to meet his own high standards rather than settling for “good enough.” That level of pride in his work is rare and speaks volumes about his professionalism. Based on my experience with Eric, I can confidently recommend Glass Doctor without hesitation. His outstanding service, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect the very best of the company. Thank you, Eric, for an exceptional job!
